Dressing Down a Little Black Dress with Jasper Plum Boutique

Happy Wednesday, y’all!  So, these photos were taken in an interesting place this time around.  Care to take a guess??  In the back of a FedEx truck!  Yes, Peter did buy a FedEx truck and no, neither one of us are or are going to be FedEx delivery people (although I do love when the present truck brings me all my goodies hehe).  Peter likes to play with vehicles and apparently this thing has some cool diesel engine in it…don’t ask lol.  But I did think it makes a cool background and goes nicely with this outfit!  What do y’all think- cool or weird? 😉

I bought this LBD during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and I love that it can be dressed up or down.  Here I dressed it a little more casual with a grey hooded cardigan from Jasper Plum Boutique.  I love the juxtaposition of the fitted dress versus the loose fit of the cardigan.  Add a pair of grey peep toe booties (similar here) to pull this look together!

The Cardigan
