Happy Wednesday, y’all! Appropriately fitted work attire can be challenging to find when you’re petite- everything tends to be just to over sized and long! I’ve rounded up my favorite petite friendly office wear that will look great on you and will make you feel more confident!
The Blazer– H&M is a great place to shop for petite friendly clothes. The European fit is smaller than most US companies which means they actually offer sizes that will fit you off the rack! This is my favorite blazer- I’m wearing size 2 and it fits me really well. The only alterations needed for it were the sleeves needed to be shorted about 1″. Plus, it’s less than $40!
The Blouse– Also from H&M, this shirt fits perfectly without any alterations (I’m wearing size 2) and is a must have for petite ladies. They offer this shirt in so many different colors and, at less than $15 a piece, you won’t feel bad about buying a few of them to add to your work wardrobe!
The Pants– I’m obsessed with these pants from Gap- I have three pairs! The petite 00 fits me really well and I don’t have to hem them. They sit just above my ankle which is the perfect work pant length, in my opinion. These pants are also extremely comfortable and are so great I have convinced numerous people to buy them and they now have a few pairs themselves!
The perfect shoes and bag will pull this whole look together and make you look polished. Nude pumps are a must for the office and this pair from Kelly & Katie look great and are very comfortable (I can’t resist a pointed toe and patent leather)! Plus, they’re less than $50! This bag (similar here and here) is big enough to hold all your necessities and will look perfect with so many different outfits.
