Hey, y’all! As much as I want to wear all my cute off the shoulder tops and other Spring clothing sometimes the weather just doesn’t cooperate. For example, when it rains all weekend and then turned into a blizzard with 8″ of snow! An indoor, snowy weekend requires a comfy outfit that still has a breezy Spring feel to it but will also keep you warm.
The perfect sweater for this kind of weekend is the Aerie Surf sweater! The loose weave gives off a light and airy look while the super soft yarn makes it nice and cozy for around the house. The perfect jean to wear with this sweater is the Ne(X)t Level High-Waisted Jegging. White jeans are perfect for Spring and this pair has great stretch, making them perfect to lounge in. According to the reviews these jeans do run a bit small so I sized up one size. Normally I wear the 00 short in American Eagle jeans and I bought the 0 short and am very happy I did! P.S. My slippers are from Minnetonka and can be found here– you can wear them around the house as slippers or wear them outside because they have a thick rubber sole. Plus they’re super cute and warm- great for Wisconsin or any cold climate!
