A Preppy and Pink Father’s Day in Lilly

Hi, y’all!  Happy Father’s Day to all of the fathers and expecting fathers out there!  I had  a very nice one and the weather was beautiful!

My husband and I went to church in the morning with his parents, took my dad and family to lunch and then went back to my in-law’s house to spend time with them- it was definitely a full day!

I wanted to wear something nice but comfortable since my day would be so busy with many different types of activities. That led me to my favorite dress- this amazing Lilly Pulitzer shift!  I immediately fell in love with this print. Plus, the fabric is a knit which makes it super comfortable and easy to move around in, and the fit is very flattering (fitted but not too tight). This dress is a few years old and it looks like Lilly does not offer this exact style anymore but I have found a very similar styled dress here.  I bought this dress in XS and am surprised it fits as well as it does- normally XS in Lilly is a little too big on me which is why I was very excited when they started offering styles in XXS for us petite girls out there!
