No Bake Protein Bars

Happy Friday! Here’s my favorite no-bake, gluten free protein bar recipe!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)

1 cup chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup honey (can use maple syrup)

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (can use semi-sweet chocolate chips)

Directions

  1. Line an 8″x8″ pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Mix peanut butter, protein powder and honey in a bowl. Press into the pan.
  3. Melt chocolate on the stove. Spread over peanut butter mixture.
  4. Refrigerate until solid, about 1 hour.
  5. Cut into 16 pieces.
  6. Enjoy!
