
Another family favorite in our home! These chocolate chip granola bars are simple to make, super yummy and are gluten free! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats (quick cook oats also work)
3/4 cups peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
1/3 cup honey (you can also use maple syrup)
2 eggs
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, you can also use regular chocolate chips)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line an 8″x8″ pan with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into the parchment lined pan.
- Bake for 17 minutes.
- Let cool completely, cut and enjoy!
