I became a homemaker last year and now spend a lot of time in the kitchen creating delicious, healthy food for my family, which I love! I am very blessed to have the time to do what I truly enjoy, like baking. I have been working on this muffin recipe for a while and finally have it fine tuned! These muffins have become a family favorite, with me making at least a dozen every week- sometimes even 2 dozen! I am so excited to share this recipe with you so it can become a favorite for you and your family, too.

Indgredients
-cooking spray
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
8 tbs unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup raspberries
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Spray 12 cups of a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.
- Combine all ingredients, except raspberries and chocolate chips, in a large bowl and mix well. Fold in raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Add batter to the prepared muffin tin three-quarters full. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool on a rack. Enjoy!
Some substitutions you could make are maple syrup for the honey, blueberries for the raspberries, or your favorite chocolate chips for the dark chocolate chips.

Let me know if you made these and how you like them! I would love to read about it. And make sure to sign up for emails, and follow me on Instagram, Pinterest and LTK for all of my latest posts!
