Hey guys- I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! It has been hot up here in Wisconsin and I am loving it. Winter is very looong so I will take any type of warm weather that comes my way!
Today I am reviewing the CECE Ruffle Knit Dress I bought from Nordstrom. Let’s just say I am in love! I wear it at least once a week. It is easy to move around in and is very comfortable because it is a made out of a jersey knit. The light weight knit also makes for a great Summer dress because air can flow through it.
Now on to the “mom” review! The length is perfect for moms with young children because you can play with them the ground, bend over and pick them up, and run after them without worrying that you’re going to expose yourself in any way. The boat neckline is also great for moms because of these same reasons. I have worn this around the house, to farmers markets, shopping and to the park with CJ. It really is a carefree, easy dress to throw on and go about your day!
And, of course, my petite review! Again, I love the length for a mom but also for a petite person (I’m 5’0″ and am wearing size XS). I think the length is flattering for us shorter people and will also be flattering for people who are average height. For an average height person the dress will fall just below the knee which is also a great length for moms.
I also want to make a small shoutout to these Soludos Ciao Bella Espadrilles– how adorable are they?! Espadrilles are a quintessential Summer shoe and these pair so well with this light pink dress.
